We started our business as Linda's Military in 1987. In 1990 we incorporated as Military Outlet, Inc. and moved into our current 4000 square foot building. We were one of the first army store’s to completely computerize our inventory.
March 13, 1993 our city was almost destroyed by the No Name Storm, (a flood with over 4 to 8 feet of water through the town) we had a complete loss and had to start over. With physical and financial help from many friends, we were able to make a comeback.
Our web store was started in 1997, we closed the internet store in 2010 but now we have opened again and will continue to add new products.
Viet Nam: Electronics Tech B-57 Canberra Photo Recon Aircraft 
In May, 1963, the B-57E became operational in Vietnam as a reconnaissance aircraft under the classified "Patricia Lynn" project. The bulge-nosed camera-packed platform sported the latest in electronic surveillance equipment. Its primary function was to locate North Vietnamese (NVN) and Viet Cong (VC) concentrations and night supply movements in Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia.
In 1970, the U.S. Military Assistance Command Vietnam (MACV) credited "Detachment 1" RB57's at Tan Son Nhut AB with providing more than 94 % of the battlefield intelligence.
