	Shipping We ship most orders within 2 business days, we will only charge your credit card when the order is ready to be shipped as some items may be out of stock or hard to get. We will try to notify you if we think that your order will take longer than 2 weeks. Orders typically ship via UPS. Tracking numbers, if available, are emailed to you when your order ships. Actual shipping charges apply to orders to APO/FPO addresses. Price-based shipping rates are valid only within the Continental United States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will have shipping quotes automatically generated during the checkout process. APO/FPO orders are shipped via the United States Post Office and do not carry tracking numbers. For APO/FPO orders the actual shipping & handling charges will be billed separately. This means you will see two transactions on your credit card billing statement - one for your order, one for shipping and handling. Live quotes are generated during the checkout process for Regular UPS, UPS Next Day Air and UPS Second Day Air. Sorry, but we currently do not ship outside of the United States.


	Return Policy We are committed to total customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your order we will either make it right, or refund your money. Shipping charges are not refundable. Simply return your unwanted items to us. All items will be inspected upon return. Items must be in new condition this means the tags attached, unworn condition and not washed. All return items must arrive with shipping pre-paid, COD packages will be refused. Any discrepancy must be reported within ten (10) days of receipt of your order. Soiled or worn merchandise will not be accepted.
