Shipping:

Our goal is to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders ship within 2 business days of their receipt. You will be notified by email of back orders or any delays in shipment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

You may also select a variety of shipping upgrades. We recommend upgrading your shipping if you require faster delivery. If you choose a shipping upgrade, shipping fees will be applied for Next Day, 2nd Day or 3rd Day. Contact us if you are unable to receive deliveries by UPS.

All other shipping will be charge at the going rate of the carrier selected and will be fully insured and traceable

All orders shipping USPS will receive a tracking number via email after the order has shipped. A shipping total will be generated during the checkout process. Guam, Puerto Rico & U.S. Virgin Islands: A rate will be calculated at the time of purchase when shipping to these locations. All packages are sent via USPS Priority and are fully insured.

We do not ship to standard PO Boxes. We require a physical address to process your order. This is primarily a fraud prevention practice, and we apologize for any inconvenience.

APO/FPO orders ship via USPS Priority Mail Service. Tracking is not possible in transit on these shipments. Expect an additional 7 to 14 days for the order to arrive at your location.

Return:
Please read the following instructions very carefully to insure prompt service. We are committed to total customer satisfaction. Within 20 days of delivery, we gladly accept returns provided items are in new, unworn condition with tags attached.

If you would like to return an item, contact us via email, or phone 888-270-2324, Mon-Fri 9AM to 5PM EST. They will be happy to help you through the return process.

All returns for exchanges and or refunds must occur within 20 days of receipt of merchandise. After 20 days, this policy becomes null and void. Returns may take up to 5 days to be processed. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. We will charge shipping fee for all packages returned to us due to an undeliverable address or customer refusal.

We will inspect every item that has been returned and reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges if any of the following are apparent.

  • Obvious Wear & Tear such as scratches or dents on any merchandise, tears and holes in garments, scratches on sunglass lenses.
  • Any and all size adjustments such as garments that have been laundered tailored and or altered, etc.
  • Dirt, sand, sun and or water damage, antiperspirant stains, makeup, etc. Obvious odors such as cigarette smoke, perfume or colognes, etc.
  • Protective Packaging or original packaging that has been defaced in any manner, or is absent upon return.
  • Related warranty paperwork, inserts, or instructions pamphlets are absent.

Exchanges:
You will be charged for the shipping and handling fees on all merchandise being returned for exchange, Items being returned for exchanges must be in brand new, resalable condition as clearly stated above. If you return product that is not in its original condition as received, you will be charged a repackaging fee of up to 20% of the retail value of the product. Items returned in damaged or used condition will not be accepted.

Return for Refund:
A refund will be remitted to you via your account or via company check for the merchandise amount minus the original shipping and handling fees. A refund confirmation email will be sent to you.

Defective or Wrong Merchandise:
If there is a shipping error or wrong or defective merchandise, notify us within 5 days of any discrepancies, and we will correct it, the item must be returned to us within 20 days of receipt of merchandise. Once the item has been received and is, in fact, deemed wrong or defective by us, a new item will be shipped out to you. You will not be charged a reshipment fee.

Please ship your package using a traceable shipping service such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. By using this method, the return merchandise can be tracked and delivery can be confirmed.
